Our Return Policy

 

We are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and service as possible.  Because of this, we will gladly work with you to replace or credit any product that may have a manufacturer’s defect. In our effort to provide the best prices possible – we are not able to send out “call tags” (essentially prepaid freight bills) to have merchandise sent back to us.  If you are exchanging a product, we ask that you send it back by the most acceptable form of freight to you.

 

If you order the wrong color or the wrong size by mistake, please contact our Customer Service group at support@redsoldier.com and we will be glad to assist you. Exchange or refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT: For all product returns – you must receive an RA# (Return Authorization) from our Customer Service group. You need to send an email to support@redsoldier.com and indicate your first and last name, a phone number and the product that you are trying to return and the main reason for it.  RA# will be either emailed or faxed back to you.  You will need to print it out and include it in the box along with the product that you will be shipping back to us.
