ORDERING

Sales Tax

At RedSoldier, sales tax is only charged in the state of Texas at a rate of 8.25%.
NO sales tax is charged outside of Texas. No sales tax is charged on gift certificates shipped to an address outside the state of Texas.

Payment Options

RedSoldier accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover, PayPal, money orders, and purchase orders (must contact us at Sales@RedSoldier.com to establish credit account first on purchase orders). All cards are charged at the time the purchase is made. We will accept bank wire transfers for an additional fee of $15.00 plus any fees your bank charges you to do the wire. Please place all wire orders by phone at 817-453-0831 or email Sales@RedSoldier.com.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us at 817-453-0831, 8am–5pm Central Standard Time, Monday – Friday.

International Orders

We ship worldwide and verify all international credit card payments on your order for your protection.
For all international orders (including U.S. territories outside of the U.S.) or orders placed with non-US issued credit cards, we require both our Credit Card Authorization Form AND a copy of the front and back of your credit card to be faxed to 817-288-0790 or emailed as a scanned document to Sales@RedSoldier.com.
Once you have placed your order online, we will contact you and request that you send us the documents mentioned above. However, to expedite you order, you may fax or email the above paperwork BEFORE we contact you.

You may also fax both our Credit Card Authorization Form AND a copy of the front and back of your credit card to 817-288-0790 or email them as a scanned document to Sales@RedSoldier.com without first placing your order online. We will then input your order for you and will charge your card the amount of the order PLUS the cost of freight.
(You may contact us to check the approximate shipping charges or you may check the shipping cost on our website by adding the selected product(s) to the shopping cart and entering your city, ZIP and country. The system will offer you shipping options available for you location and calculate shipping cost).

Your international order will not be shipped until we receive the documents listed above.
You are responsible for any customs and brokerage fees, taxes and duties that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.
All prices on our site are in U.S. dollars.
UPS Rates for Customs Clearance into Canada.
RedSoldier does NOT accept RETURNS on International orders, but will consider exchanges.

Export Policy & Restrictions

Some items we offer at our web-store require a special license for exporting outside US to some countries.
The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), a branch of the United States Department of Commerce, is responsible for implementing and enforcing the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which regulate the export and re-export of commercial items. These items are referred to as "dual-use" - items that have both commercial and military or proliferation applications - but purely commercial items without an obvious military use are also subject to the EAR.

If you intend to purchase one of the above products, please follow these steps to determine the availability to export from United States and to determine if the export license is required:
1. Click here and cross-reference your specific country against the following reasons for control: Firearms Convention and Crime Control (FC and CC).
If your country is marked with an "X" under any of the following columns - FC1, CC1, CC2, CC3 - an export license is required.
2. In order to request an Export License from the Department of Commerce through Bureau of Industry and Security, be prepared to submit the following documents:
— For any order in which the country of destination IS a member of the Organization of American States (OAS):
       a. End Use / End User Certificate,
       b. Import Certificate issued by the government of the importer country
       c. BIS 711 Form completely filled out and signed.
— For orders greater than USD$5,000 AND which the country of destination is NOT a member of the Organization of American States (OAS):
       a. BIS 711 Form completely filled out and signed.
— For orders less than USD$5,000 AND which the country of destination is NOT a member of the Organization of American States (OAS):
       In this case we do not need any documents from the customer, but we do need items as follows:
       Customer full name, Shipping address, Phone number, and E-mail address.
       We need these items to complete the application for your Export License.

The export of Night Vision products of Generation 2* and higher and some military daytime riflescopes and sights are regulated by the United States Department of State in accordance with the guidelines of the “International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)” per Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130. The sale of Night Vision products that are Generation 2 and higher are restricted to national or local government agencies only.

Ordering & Shipping Confirmation

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations.
First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Second, you will be notified when your order ships.
All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our Credit/Fraud Team. International orders may take longer to ship because of the verification process - see International Orders.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Methods & Costs

RedSoldier is pleased to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $59.00 to the Continental United States of North America (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
We select the best and fastest shipping method to send your order. If you must have your order shipped differently, please contact us by phone 817-453-0831 or email Sales@RedSoldier.com.

We use USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING for shipments to U.S. military APO/FPO/AAO/AEO addresses. USPS shipping is not available to residential addresses in the Continental U.S.

Any order that has an address correction or change, after the item has been shipped, will be charged a minimum $15 processing fee.

Canada's default shipping is FedEx (for most packages approx. from $20.00 to $40.00). Also see International Orders section for more information.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by carriers. Most in-stock orders received before 10am central time are processed the same or the following day. Orders received after 10am are processed the following business day. Some credit card orders may be delayed due to fraud verification.
We will contact you with the shipping time estimate in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order right away.

We offer the following shipping options:

Our software will calculate the actual shipping cost based on weight during check out.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, RedSoldier will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your date of purchase for US customers. You may return or exchange your product in its original packaging within 20 days of your purchase date for a full refund (no restocking fee) LESS SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Items returned within 20 days of purchase date pay no restocking fee. Items must be returned in NEW CONDITION. They must be unopened and unused and resalable.

RedSoldier reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee in any of the circumstances listed below:
- Any item that looks as if it has been used.
- Any items returned AFTER 20 days of the date of purchase, regardless of the reason for the return. If we shipped the wrong item, we should be contacted immediately and the product must be returned to us within 20 days of the purchase date or customer will incur the 15% restocking fee. We will NOT accept any returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Any item returned without an RA number (see instructions below on how to obtain RA number).

A 5% restocking fee will be charged on all items over $500.00.

Upon receiving your merchandise, inspect it immediately before the carrier leaves. If you see damage or missing parts, contact us at once and refuse the package.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Repack the product in its original packaging with the packing slip.
2. Obtain a return authorization (RA) number by calling Customer Service at 817-453-0831 or email us at Sales@RedSoldier.com.
3. Obtain return shipping address information at the Customer Service number/email above.

For your security, please return your safely wrapped product with an insured courier (ie, FedEx, UPS, USPS) insured for the full value and retain your receipt. All charges related to the return of products to RedSoldier are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. If you receive a product in error or there is a problem with the order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 817-453-0831 immediately.

RedSoldier is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We are unable to issue product replacement or compensation until an insurance claim has to been settled by the carrier.

RedSoldier DOES NOT accept returns on the following:
- Items returned to us in not resalable condition
- Special order items
- International orders (we will consider exchanges)

All transactions made on RedSoldier.com are made safe by All AmeriCommerce. Hosting is on load-balanced web farms of Dell PowerEdge dual processor XEON servers using Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005, all connected via Gigabit networking. For added protection, there are several layers of Cisco firewalls to protect each tier of the applications. All actual transactions of credit cards are processed by Verisign, a PayPal Company with the highest level of data encryption.
