Mr. Vasiliev was born in Russia and studied at the Moscow Military Institute. He has had ten years of training and working with the Special Operations Unit of Spetsnaz. He is a former trainer for the elite Russian Special Forces, Close Protection and Law Enforcement across Russia. He currently teaches at his school of Russian Martial Art in Toronto, Canada. Col. Mikhail Ryabko has 25 years experience with the Russian Special Operations Unit. He has been called the Master of Fighting and the Master of Teaching.
