THE MAGIC OF HOLOGRAPHY
In holography, all the information required to reconstruct thereticle image is recorded everywhere in the Heads-UpDisplay window. If the window is obstructed by mud,snow, rain, etc., the EOTech Holographic Weapon Sight (HWS) remains fully operational, withpoint of aim/impact being maintained. Even in suchextreme cases where the laminated window is shattered,the EOTech holographic sight is fully functional! The holographic patterns have been designed to be instantly visible in any lightingcondition, to be instinctive to center regardless of the shooting angle, and to stay inview when sweeping an engagement zone. Reticles are designed as large, seethrough, patterns that achieve lightning quick reticle to target acquisition speed withoutcovering up or obscuring the aiming point.
The standard reticle is a 65 MOA ring with alignment ticks and a 1 MOA aiming dot.The large, open ring is the key to the lightning quick eye recognition andunmatched target acquisition speed. Alternately, the 1 MOA can beused for precision aiming at distances as far as 500 yardswhere it only covers 5” of the target scene. The reticledemonstrates its versatility for a host of close quarter andlong range engagement scenarios … there is no compromisebetween speed and precision accuracy. | | EXTREME DURABILITY - BUILT TO TAKE IT
The EOTech Holographic Weapon Sights have been designed and tested to provide consistent, reliable performance,even in the most hostile operating environments. The EOTech HOLOsights are waterproof (submersible),fogproof, shockproof, and withstands extreme temperature variations.
The EOTech Holographic Sight meets military drop test requirements with no functional degradation tothe weapon optic and holding zero to within 2 MOA! The EOTech sight can take the banging,beating, and punishing treatment commonly inflicted in battlefield environmentsand remain fully operational and hold zero. Every EOTech HOLOsight is extensively tested in apunishing recoil simulator generating 2,000 G’s of acceleration in less than 1.0milliseconds, as well as various environmental chambers.
The Heads Up Display is constructed with a 3 layer, shatterproof laminate glass thatis 3/16" thick for added durability. Additional protection of the Heads Up Display isprovided with a “roll bar” ruggedized hood. | | HEADS UP, FULL VIEW

All user controls are flush to the HOLOsight's streamline housing with no protruding knobs, battery compartments or mounting rings blocking vision at the target area.
